1) CHIO has no IR and BSPM has excellent IR, the same IR that represents RINO.

2) Communication with CHIO is non-existent and when reading CHIO's 10-K, you'll see where one of the Board of Directors resigned due to the fact that she couldn't get CHIO management to communicate with her.
