New management seems to know Krong belongs to Aurus, "Company Aurus branch in this region – company "Krong" owns the licence" from their website.

Any why do we care if anyone in Russian or Magadan knows Krong is owned by Aurus?

And what kind of "proof" are you looking for? The PR at the time stated Krong was purchased with about 145,000,000 shares of Aurus? You doubt this? Papers were once available that showed Aurus owning 8000 shares of Krong, and claim them to be all outstanding shares.
