Would Gardasil use by males reduce their acquiring and transmitting the HPV? (I would think that to be the case and be part of the sales pitch.)

Yes and yes; however, third-party payers can be expected to argue that vaccinating males aged 9-26 to avert HPV infection in females is overkill if females aged 9-26 are already being vaccinated pursuant to the FDA label.

For young guys who dig older women, third-party payers will probably argue that these guys need something stronger than Gardasil—perhaps an anti-psychotic :- )
