oh, you are wrong. i do get it and base my opinion on DD and facts. I have never said this company was perfect nor have i ever advised anyone to buy shares. i do know, for a fact, why DT resigned. i know nothing about the insider info at spng though i wish i did. like i said, call DT and ask them what volume it takes to be a client. then ask them if your antici[pated growth qualifies you. 250-500 million is a mid cap for them. they prefer over 500. their fees are too high for smaller companies but they will take on startups for a while until they see if they will be big enohgh to maintain a relationship. BTW, DT recommended RH for the job. they dont do forensic accounting and look for smaller firms to lay the gorundwork for them.
