I have seen this way too many times. A company that looks like it has been left for dead than all of a sudden shows life and the shares move 20X. By then its to late to get in on the ground floor.

The company is doing business in China so getting information has been very hard. The e-mail box is full so it does not look like they are checking it. This is a lotto play and the down side from here is very small. Thats why I am still buying at any dips in price. This was over a buck less then 2 years ago.
