Another thing to consider concerning the TA's comments the other night, is the fact that in order for the company to file with them and they to be so impressed, their had to be discloser of the financial records that ever one is so hyped up about and looking for.

They wouldn't issue certificates electronic or other wise if PTRZ didn't make their assets known to them. Im only inferring from her statement so don't start with the insider trader stuff. But for her to say she was impressed with the company's structure she had to have seen a financial brake down of the company and future projection.
