INSANITY!!! RMDM: On the NV SOS site there are 2 entries:

RMD Entertainment Group Status Default and
RMD Entertainment Inc Status Revoked.

Default shows 9,888,000 O/S. Latest amendment 12/18/08.

Revoked shows 500,000,000 O/S. Latest amendment 08/31/09.

Is RMD Entertainment Group (the name on Pinksheets) different from RMD Entertainment Inc?

Now to the insanity aspect. RMDM volume 10/15/09 was 72,050,000, volume 10/16/09 was 202,341,399, no bid, 9MMs on ask at .0001. Compare that to the O/S of 9,888,000.

This is the kind of stock that IMO should be avoided at all cost. IMO selection of this stock as one of the plays for the “One Play A Day” board would drive destroy the board.
