i dont think so....you would think a seal or stamp would be applied especially coming from a bank or even a sig. of someone of importance....IMO it's BS................its not Willie Wonka and the golden ticket here, were only 5 golden letters were sent out and 5 lucky people get the inside scoop.

If this were true the would be alot more documentation then a rouge letter in Germany.
