By the way Moby, and just to quickly follow up on my last post, I believe we had a sufficient quantity of "authorized but unissued or reacquired Common Stock" because, among other things, when the BOD approved the Stock Incentive Plan on July 9, 2009 we had not yet filed our "$50,000,000" Form S-3 Registration Statement, which was later filed on July, 14, 2009.
