Now that the R/S has been announced we will see alot of news to support the stock. For me it began with the new website describing who we are collaborating with. On top of that Chabner from Mass Gen will help develop Ph3 trials. Reading these posts you'd think PPHM was some shady drug developer abusing its shareholders. That notion is crazy. Whether you like the RS or not the capital structure was a mess but it was either sell stock/warrants to get the drugs developed or borrow the money. Looking at the credit markets these last few years I think management made the right decisions. We are lucky/fortunate that the sale of stock has funded the research and we are on the cusp of PH2/3 trials with some promising drugs. On top of that management has built AVID on a shoestring into a company that is expanding/hiring rapidly. I voted for the incentive plan because management deserves to be rewarded. Good talent is not cheap and if you look at the salaries and consider after roughly a 45% tax bite it doesn't leave these guys wealthy. Could we be scammed like so many imply? I guess that could be so but if it is some pretty big people(Gates/Duke/Chabner) are being dupped also. I'll take my chances with my 240k....no my 48k shares. My prediction is a press release Mon. am which will hold the stock steady, then Haynes will do his thing Tues. and the stock will never see 3 bucks again..hopefully
