Thanks for bringing up that smarmy management move Jake. It's wasn't enough that we had to do a RS, but they had to leave more uncertainty out there by not reducing the authorized share count accordingly. And, to my knowledge, they never even acknowledged doing it. Just thought they could slide it in and no one would know.....sleazeballs.
