agreed. I suspect we haven't heard the last of this yet tho. I'm assuming the delay was initiated because of pending news they're aware of but hasn't hit the street yet. Maybe divvy shares will be announced prior, or the new exchange, or a merger. Otherwise, why even bother extending the deadline date for confirmation?

Mind you, maybe they want to make sure there's no sell off prior to that date as the pps slowly is sinking back to where we started for reasons yet unknown.
