The FLOAT has not been under discussion here at all. The O/S has gone up by over 436,000,000 since March...the question under discussion is whether those shares were ever 'registered' and what they were given out for ???? Whether they are free traded (float) or restricted they still have to be registered at some point. They are all dilution...the question investors should be concerned about is whether it's good dilution or bad dilution because it impacts any valuation of the share price.
