Here is what Joe told me this morning when I asked him if he was waiting for a re-enter on CHIO --
CHIO - gosh, good question. I'm just waiting for pullbacks that I may or may not get. In the meantime, I'm on the hunt for the next sleeper. I read something in CHIO's 10-K that I didn't like and that was the resignation of a director due to ack of communication with management. That's troubling to me. Usually you see resignations whereby there are no disagreements. Does it mean anything bad besides management doesn't know how to return a call ? I don't know.
Also, I just received an e-mail from Alan Stone, whose firm took CHIO to the Nasdaq and he stated that CHIO management would never communicate with him. In my original e-mail to him, I questioned him about who the seller might be, back when the stock was in the $1.00 range. His thoughts were that insiders were lightening up, cashing in big profits from the reverse merger.
