I was acting for the best interests of shareholders and was part of a group that gave mgmt a reasonable chance to do the same. If you can recall, mgmt had (and still does) a poor attitude towards retail shareholders. And given that retail shareholders own most of the company and far more than mgmt, you would think they would change their attitude.
