That is exactly right......Dean lead investors to think that the shares in the buyback were going to be retired. Only to find in a Quarterly report he had other intentions and this is misleading IMO......let alone increase the OS 30%+. I happen to email Dean about one month ago about the buyback and I also provided him with certain information that I thought was very relevant to a successful buyback. Here is his reply!

My email was about retiring shares.......and that was his reply. He didn't say anything about not retiring shares but he said he sent it on to his IR/PR team. 105% misleading.....only weeks later we find he isn't retiring anything........only weeks later we find he increased the OS 30%+ with PRs that can't be verified.
