I agree with your assertion that the cheaper the share price the more shares it takes to pay the bill. But he has been saying no change in share structure since 8/26 and said " forseeable future". Is six weeks to long to forsee. I have e-mailed Dean many times and the responses have been absolutely misleading if not flat out lies. I have no way of proving it but I will give you an example. My first e-mail was that I invested on his and James Rays reputations. His responese was that the Mr. Ray discussed on " the blogs" was not the Mr. Ray affiliated with the company and I should have checked with him first. So the next day I e-mailed that I decided to take him up on his advice and would he please forward Bios of key personnel. He said he would but never did. When I questioned that he said the Bios were sent to the webmaster and should be up by Monday. That was 6 weeks ago.

I refuse to chase the carrots anymore.
