I have been watching the trading on this for quite a while now.

I have never seen a seller interested in downticking like this as soon as someone buys in my life.

Someone will buy 2000 and then the seller will downtick it.

someone will buy another chunk and then the seller downticks it again.

Someone definitely has an axe to grind with this stock.

As to who it is?
