That is what got many here to buy the stock.
Most investors got all giddy every time they saw a SPNG banner that for some reason confirmed their investment. How many people that saw those ads even noticed them, unless they were investors? If you buy $10 million in advertising, and sell $100 million in stock, you made $90 million in profit for RME, who financed this whole scam.

understood but if they were selling stock for their own personal gain... why fork out anymore dough out of your pocket for advertisement?

Or do you feel that their intention to create a viable company was realistic but how they continued to fund their operations was through dilution that wasnt registered?

I personally dont own the stock but i must say i was shocked to see that they were advertising ont he jumbotron during Monday Night Football last night..
