Judging by open option positions HL should stay below 5 this week. This Friday is option expiration day, and max-pain point for October is $4: http://www.optionpain.com/OptionPain/Option-Pain.php
Doesn't work all the time, but if "they" can move share price closer to $4, they will do it. IMO.
