I talked to Joe today... Ask him about funding... If they were looking for funders or actually in negotiations.... He said:

in negotiations.....
Working very hard to fund many projects.....
They are going to do all they can to make sure shareholders are pleased.....

Also.... He agreed that this should be .25-.50 with a project funded....
