Nothing adds up with this company. Management made all the right moves to gain exposure with their marketing campaign, released new products, and secured product distribution channels. Then a trademark infringement lawsuit, their auditors got toasted, SEC investigation and now a class action lawsuit. The SEC could be investigating the company or anyone trying to manipulate the stock price. The class action lawsuit may just be an opportunistic law firm looking to steal 1/3 of any settlement they could get out of SPNGE.
I think I will be a very surprised invertor if SPNGE has been lying to the investor community.
