Russia, Brazil to cooperate in space
Brazil who is hoping to begin operating a uranium enrichment plant by as early as year's end will be cooperating with Russia in space giving them the capability of bringing to orbit large payloads or to launch ICBMs.
It is very clear, Brazil, our neighbor to the South, is going for ICBMs with nuclear warheads.

We will have nuclear missiles pointed at us from our near abroad in answer to Bush’s missile defense. This is similar to the Cuban missile crisis but is being kept quiet probably until after the election.

MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Space Agency (Roskosmos) has held talks with a Brazilian delegation on a program for cooperation in space, the Roskosmos press service told Interfax on Friday.
"Roskosmos chief Anatoly Perminov and President of the Brazilian Space Agency Sergio Gaudenzi underscored the importance of bilateral cooperation in space and discussed a memorandum on mutual understanding," the press service said.
