Since you can find the previous owners numbers from records...and you can run the numbers that were mentioned in prior PR's. Try running the numbers, both with many variable factors as well as many good, fair and poor assumptions, and you'll get to a figure that makes alot of sense. And then you see the run in price of late with natural gas...and that gives you another variable to plug in.

And I will only tell you that it's more then the figure you arrived at. Some can't see the forest for the trees :)
