hi zeev, were those grants plus money to these manufactures?
would alternative fuel be a better answer with the improved techs. for the auto expenses? did we give japan or any other country money for these improved cost to the car owners?
it does sound like a lot of bread but then again gwb is spending money it may grow on trees.
