Out early is definitely better than out late! I go with the same as you (except L2 since I have no access to them, nor the funds to buy access to them right now)! I generally trade relatively small positions (hundreds, not thousands of $), watch the charts on 5 and 15 minute, and get out when the indicators turn down. Gut and story sometimes play into it for me as well, but I like to think I trade more technical than anyhting else.

Sometimes I miss out on the big runs that way, though, and was looking for some insight!
