I wasnt refering to Lenovox in particular - rather just a comment about the haphazzard nature of the timeline (or lack thereof) for companies involved in biosimilars.

Hopefully the proposed legislation will atleast force the FDA to give reasonable timelines. With no clear path to approval and the potential for ANDA applications to be put indefinately on hold gives the impression of FDA and the government being beholden to big pharma lobbiests
