Excellent post greedy!!
"Anything other than an extremely short term strategy on any pink sheet stock, promoted or not, is financial suicide. A great majority of 'pinky promotions' are intended only to create volume that insiders, or related parties, can sell into. The inexperienced actually believe the stories the promoters spin, and actually believe they're 'investing' in a good company." - from another board
The pps then has nowhere to go but down because of the dilution. The undisclosed distribution of unrestricted shares to promoters and consultants is an area the SEC is closing in on. Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow but over the long haul, long term holders of pink sheet stocks are wiped out.
The SEC has suspended trading of umpteen pinky companies in the last few months for not properly reporting the distribution of shares. This 'musical chair' game inevitably leaves the long term believers holding the bag.
I doubt if anyone here is listening though!
