I own a business so I will say this as if I owned BEHL.

If I knew I had a product that will be a winner and I was about to uplist and knowing that I will be paying a bonus to those who helped me get to where I am, I would want to reward them. But not at the expense of rewarding the naysayers. Sure I would want the long term players to stay on board and to pick up new players along the way. But at what cost to the company?

The way I do my Christmas bonuses is this way. I don't give everyone the same bonus. I give those that have been with me more than a year more than the employees that just started. I do guaranty that everyone gets something, even if they started the day before. I do not think that the new folks should be on the same level as those that have been with me for years.

Would it be right to inform the "world" that next such and such day, that it will be the date of record so everyone could hop on board? Now we are just giving money away, and to those that did nothing to help get to this point.
