I'd say most here believe that Scanbuy will license Neomedia IP, and that Neomedia will not be licensing Scanbuy's IP. OK, technically that's "dropping" the lawsuit after settlement.

It seems to me you're saying that both parties will just call it "Even Steven" after years of dispute and money spent.
