I'm not asking for opinions on whether or not its cheap or expensive - or if they did a PIPE or not (call it what you want but even if you gave it a nice name its down 35% since they announced it and nearly 15% under the PIPE placement price)
hat I am asking is "why" it's excessively weak and underperforming since DB upgraded it. It's gone from $12 --> $9.40 in the time where the market is up nearly 10%. MNTA has a higher beta then the market - but there seems to be inverse correlation for the last few weeks, when nearly every stock which has been a laggard is playing catchup.
What could be some likely causes for the weakness. Something is amiss - it shouldnt trade this weak in such a green and forgiving tape.
