There is evidence that the fake websites

came from Dana Salzarulo. There is evidence that George Speranza is involved. There is evidence that one/both got money to promote Spongetech.

Proof, however would come from examining their emails, computer hard drives, bank accounts, etc.

Oh, and for the record, my guess is that Spongetech had no knowledge of the websites, or their content.
