APPL is not the set up I prefer because it is so high on a technical scale it is unreadable IMO. The fact it that a close above $21 today makes $21 new short term support and a chance the stock could move to the next resistance level of $23. Most be news motivated today.

DELL looks about the same but has a lower gap bottom that will serve as resistance at $30. Both look shrt term bullish but are close to tops IMO.
