,,,,,,,Don't make me an apologist, but a voter's card DOES NOT TRANSLATE INTO A VOTE.

Anyone can grab 15M voter registration cards, mail them in and list "Jorge Garcia" on every single one....but unless there is a valid card presented on election day the point is moot.
