Patchman your statement is false!

"To join a Class action of this nature you need to be a shareholder of record. Short sellers are not shareholders of record. Only longs can bring on this class action."

You and I very well know the short sellers also have long accounts for various reason....I am not going debate SPNG here but the comment above is false. Short sellers can be shareholders of record by having long accounts. Very simple fact.
