why is that an erroneous assumption?

people have stated here - on this thread they are joining the lawsuit

people on this thread are mad as hell at the company - "die in hell" was my first clue from a spng shareholder posting

Soapy scammed everyone ( he basically said so himself ) and a slew of hate posts went to soapy .. not to mention the mountains of PM's to him with a few choice words in the PM
