has it occured to you or anyone else here how easy it is to file a suit against anybody. it doesnt make someone liable or culpable. one could argue, for example, that Starbucks Coffee, usually considered one of the best companies to work for, has multiple harrassment and discrimination suits filed regularly. does it automatically make them liable? no, it is just a way to start a settlement negotiation. and in the case of spng, where there is a concerted by NSS to do anyting they can to drive down the price, this is just another attempt to discredit the management. dont any of you believe the criminal consequenses far outweigh thepossible gains by SM, especially in the curent regulatory and legal environment?
