Good post Tex. I agree with you and also believe that if we take emotion out of the equation and hunt for facts it becomes clear that the company owes a ton of information to the public. Why it has not been disclosed is anyones guess but I look for plausible speculation and I believe you do also.

The problem I see on this board as of lately is the amount of accusation based on speculation. This company might be in a heep of trouble right now but we do not know due to non diclosure. Conversely, this company may very well be operating in an ethical manor while being targeted by unethical people. We dont know due to non disclosure.

The submission (or lack of)the 10K's will be a very telling story. I enjoy reading posts as long as they are not weighted in any direction in the absense of fact. If you love or hate the company thats fine... everyone has a right to their opinions. As posters we do have a responsiblity to make clear the difference between opinion, speculation and fact.
