VTSS is a speculative play, I don't expect them to "break even" for another four quarters, maybe a little earlier since the have just announced reductions in staffing. Their net tangible book value is however around $3, the current price, so I would expect them in a good rally to bounce to the $4 to 5 area. I fully expect them to make new lows later this year or early next year.
