Stop trying to make all the newbies think that shorts have something to do with SPNG's PPS declination. Smart longs and traders sold when they saw the filed increase in A/S. More sold when they announced(although late) that they were being investigated by the SEC. This causes the PPS to drop(price per share, for you, since you obviously need things to be spelled out). Don't get mad at the world because of the pickle jar your in now. You deceived yourself and probably others because of what you write.
