I guess I see RME/M&M at the focus

of the fraud charges. Why wouldn't they be moved aside as this plays out in the various courts?

I googled 'Spongetech board of directors' and there does seem to be one. I have no idea at this point of its makeup.

Why wouldn't they act to remove M&M? Is the board just M&M and their toadies?
