As always, do your own due diligence and come to your own conclusions about whether the stock is worth an investment for you. There are risks to be sure and only invest what you're comfortable in losing, should the worst-case scenario come to pass. For me, I can withstand losing 50% on negative Phase 1b news because I'm sufficiently diversified. Now, I don't think that will come to pass, and I would not be happy if it did, but at least I know it wouldn't financially devastate me.
