What good would it do to file an appeal with FINRA unless they plan on submitting the 10K? ... and if they file the 10K presumably they will have to identify the customers and sales that are in question. If all these things are answered, then the SEC issues are addressed simutaneously. A clean sign off from the SEC and they could get back on the OTCBB in no time.
