Indeed. The only downsides this stock has is

1. Washington Mutual loses in court

or.

2. They fight about it in court for months and months until a settlement date.

I don't see either happening but both are theoretically possible.

What I do see as most likely to happen is WAMU stock will turn into JPM stock at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio... either way that won't be the worst thing that could happen, although I'd prefer a hard settlement.
