i agree with you. i think the weakest link in what's going on here is communication with shareholders. but perhaps in some odd way, it's to our benefit for this paper to hit the market at a time when the company is quiet, ahead of the closings.
you had said earlier that they may be issuing news to create a market for this paper to be sold into but imo it's just the opposite. i would imagine the volume sellers (like HDSN) will get their quick cash and be gone, regardless of news, and then the company can start issuing more bullish press when it has a chance to really boost the stock price.
let's enjoy this lull for its strategic benefits. it may not last much longer.
