Again, if it's at $.02 a share on avg. 55 million shares x .02 that is like over $1 million in inherrited debt. That seems to be unreasonable for a shell company to have the buyer to pay it off. Am I alone on this one? There must be a better explaination on this share increase in such short term than paying off old debt from the previous shell.
