Hi .. saw that on coming on today in Yahoo news .. talking of non-patient status now ..

First thought was under state laws, is it criminal and i think i see misdemeanor
for up to ounce .. which is i think the way it should be .. non criminal.

Then any growing, as i thought why would any user buy, as is so easy to grow?

Got this, but on a skim i didn't see ..

is it a criminal offense for a non-patient to grow, say one plant? .. that's my question ..
