Seems we both missed our numbers...


According to your numbers it would take 8,400,000 acres to handle the DAILY imports of foreign crude oil. 60 times the size of the largest oil field in Texas

We need 10 million barrels a day, not yearly. And that's only to get rid of import crude, not domestic production.
