So the bottom line is you didn't volunteer to teach the Iraqi people a lesson, did you?
"saddam tried to assassinate bush 1...an act of war" - But Bush 1 never declared war on Iraq...and Clinton never declared war on Iraq, but when little Bush arrived in the WH he used that for his excuse to invade/occupy Iraq. Gotcha! Why wasn't little Bush straight with the Am people and say that's why he wanted to invade/occupy Iraq instead his LIE about WMB...could it be that FBI report was disputed, or was it the Am people wouldn't support such an excuse but would fall for "fear"?

BTW, do you support military personnel going into US high schools for recruitment purposes?
