i asked this before, i think you will be honest if you know.
how long can the o/s be increased before it needs to be filed.? i seemm to remember 1 qrt 90 days. i know they arnt a reporting co. but the sec requires the info if more shares are being let into the market. via 504 , private placement, or compensation.
